This project includes the construction of a new booster pump station in Topeka, Kansas to serve the North Pressure Zone. Work activities include the construction of a 24’x40’ concrete masonry building with concrete hollow core and wood trust roof, concrete foundation, EIFS exterior insulation and finish system, three (3) 900-gpm booster pumps, piping, valves, fittings, heating and ventilation, electrical power and lighting, operational controls, duplex air compressor, painting and miscellaneous work. The site work includes site grading, site piping, electrical service, asphalt access roadway and parking, seeding and fertilizing, and demolition of the previously abandoned water pump station.
