Oakland WWTP Biosolids Handling and Energy Recover Phase II

Project Description

Project consists of construction of biogas upgrading facility including site preparation for installation of pre-procured gas upgrading equipment, including hydrogen sulfide removal, siloxane and VOC removal, compression, carbon dioxide separation membranes, finished gas monitoring. Installation will also include equipment interconnecting piping, construction of 11,387 lineal feet of 3-inch diameter transmission pipeline, and biogas upgrading ancillary equipment.
