Demolition of existing lagoons and construction of new lagoon system with piping, embankment, liner, riprap, structures and fencing; excavation of clear-well complex area; construction of process waste piping; construction of retaining walls; construction of Pre-sedimentation Basin’s earthen pad; construction of Pre-sedimentation Basin No. 1 with chemical feed conduits and manholes; removal of existing site piping and installation of new raw water piping; installation of supernatant return pump station and piping; and finish grading, seeding and mulching.
