Project is for the construction of a new booster pump station just outside of Lincoln to service the Fallbrook subdivision. There is an existing booster station and 4.5 MG prestressed clearwell on-stie, both of which will remain and will have small scopes within/on them but largely unchanged. The new structure is to be 113’ x 40’ comprised of a PEMB skeleton with a heavy CMU/brick shell and a standing seam roof. This will house three new booster pumps (2 each 60 hp, 1 each 30 hp), an office, bathroom, electrical room, and an area for future chemical feed.
