Started in the middle of 2019, Walters-Morgan is constructing a new wastewater treatment facility for the City of Liberal, KS. The project is scheduled to last 3 years and the work includes the construction of a 4.05 million gallon per day biological and chemical wastewater treatment process. This includes site work, gravity sewer, pump stations, force mains, concrete structures, building construction, electrical work, mechanical and plumbing systems, architectural appurtenances, bolted steel storage tank, fencing and more.
