This project, started in November 2016, will consist of the following improvements: modifications and improvements to Trains 1, 2, and 3, blower system improvements and control modifications, supplemental Carbon Feed System for Train 1 and modifications to Trains 2 and 3 Carbon Feed Systems, replacement of a 3-mgd Influent Dry Weather Pump with an 8-mgd pump, odor control balancing, and sitework including grading, yard piping, seeding, sodding, and pavement repairs.
