This project will construct 5.4 MGD firm capacity Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant and associated power, controls, mechanical, electrical, SCADA, and process systems. The new facility will use advanced technology to produce a higher quality of water more efficiently, effectively reducing operating costs by approximately 20 percent over the existing plant. The project will be split into four phases with completion in the late fall of 2017.
