The ideal candidate for this position needs to be a hands-on team leader and mentor that will supervise a small crew on specific portions of the project with oversight from the Project Superintendent.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
4+ years experience in field construction is required.
Construction & installation experience in some or all of the following areas:
Good communication skills.
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE
Experience in the construction of water and wastewater treatment plants
Familiar with different types of concrete mix designs, aggregates, slumps, water/air ratios, curing techniques, etc.
Ability to read & interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Inspection of forms, support systems, and concrete reinforcement prior to concrete placement to ensure no issues are present.
